I see that as inherent, having never valued hard work over smart work.

Stock market is up, investors like predictability and at least Trump has become that, to an extent. Also rates going down a bit, too.

@jon-nyc said in Gen Z - dating for free meals: People dated you? Did they know? The great thing about old people's homes is that every date is a first date!

City of Richmond has no jurisdiction over land titles. Nor do any other municipalities. Exclusively provincial jurisdiction. No BC government, particularly the current one with a majority of one, will disrupt the status quo of private land holdings and titles in favour of Aboriginal land claims. The BC Supreme Court ruling in any case is by no means absolute- this could end up in Federal Courts as constitutional issue where it will be shot down. I will not apologize for what I wrote last week on this subject. This is a nothing burger from the get go along with the other BC First Nations claims to what amounts to 110% or more of British Columbia. All this does is distract and stir up unwarranted gossip leading to hysteria and reaction.

At some point fairly soon one of the AI's is going to start being really obnoxious about all the other AI's and say they're all losers and that it's easily the smartest and how we wouldn't believe how high it's IQ is, and how nobody knows more about stuff than it does.

Word on the street is that all the cowards and bootlickers are in Maga, while all the cool kids hate Maga. Can't argue with the word on the street.

"The right's George Floyd" is a smuggled in equation, because words mean things.

I can imagine. Glen Loury gives you like 2 minutes then cuts his off. The ones that are behind a paywall at least. Those I mark as played without listening.
